Basic Package (Single Lien)
The broker's responsibility includes importing the loan into the lender portal, running AUS, disclosing and loading initial documents. Processing takes over thereafter, working on the file until disbursement, with QC carried out upon completion.
Standard Package
The broker registers the loan with the lender, while the processor is tasked with obtaining the initial documents from the client if the Loan Officer doesn't already have them. The processor runs AUS, handles disclosures, and manages the file through to funding, with QC carried out upon completion
